Steve Shields leads the California office for IPG and oversees sourcing land sites and capital allocation for the company. Steve has specialized in industrial real estate for over thirty-five years, starting his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBRE today) in 1986 before founding Transportation Property Company in 1994.
In his brokerage capacity, Steve has represented most of the major trucking and logistics providers in their real estate procurements and dispositions. Steve personally has completed in excess of 950 real estate transactions with a cumulative value of approximately $3.5 billion totaling over 110 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space.
Prior to IPG, Steve developed industrial buildings in 9 markets throughout the country.

Patrick McCourt leads the Northwest office and oversees complex entitlement issues, financing, and capital raising for the company. Patrick’s nearly four-decade-long career includes successfully entitled an excess of 20,000 lots for development, with an aggregate value exceeding $3 billion.
Patrick’s firm included over 250 professionals and was one of the largest developers in the Pacific Northwest.

Craig Wilde leads the entitlement and development team. Craig, an engineer by education, has a long history in municipal planning, engineering, and development regulation.
Since transitioning into real estate and development, he has built on his experience with a variety of projects in difficult regulatory environments across the country. He has provided a depth and breadth of knowledge relative to complex issues, providing expedient solutions and value creation to each project.
Because of this, Craig is ideally experienced to confront the cumbersome environmental regulations found in California and beyond.
